Think outside the box...

I thought I'd write a blog to help inspire this depressing time, none of us asked to be born into this crappy society but here we are. In 12 months I've earnt £50 from Blogging on the internet, I have 1 advert on my blog and a couple Amazon products. I set up a Westlife blog about 12 months ago... laugh all you want, but I receive around 150 page views a day and have had 33,000 page views in total. I recently became a OnePiece Brand Ambassador (a week ago) and have earnt £15 in commission already. The point to this blog is, Im barely doing anything. I post a few news stories about Westlife a month and watch the google ad clicks come in. Is it that easy? Imagine what you could make if you put some effort in and had 10 blogs with 3 adverts on each blog? You'd be laughing.
All you need is a GoogleAds Account which is free and something to Blog about, you get paid for every click you receive. (dont click yourself, they'll find out). Below are some screen shots of my earnings...

I hope this small post inspires a few of you who are shafted at the job center or are in University without a job or whatever your situation may be. Its costing me £50 a week in petrol at the minute, my car is a 1.4 that averages around 45MPG.... I travel about 60miles a day... I have a part time job and yet I cant keep my head above water with money, all I seem to spend my money on is petrol. So if you see a google ad at the side of my page, I beg you give it a little click so I can make 20p off it. Thanks!

Rose...

Its that time of month again where Im bursting at the seams with creativity so I asked my lovely sister in law (almost) if she'd like some pictures doing and help me out with some of my ideas, Rose is so lovely and absolutely stunning. These were shot in Newborough Forest, I had a beachy look in my head because Rose is very surfy and natural. We stopped off in Aberffraw to start with where we found a great old looking boat just sitting in its lonely shadow, props are great for making your photos a little more interesting. We couldn't have asked for better weather it was beautiful. When we got to Newbourough it was clouded over slightly in the forest which made the lighting perfect!! We had a great day and such a good laugh (as always) trecking around trying to find the perfect little spots in the forest, and Rose said it wasnt as awkward as she thought it would be.

iPhone 4 Movie

I decided to test out the iPhone4 Video Camera properly by making a little montage of some objects in my room. Its such an impressive camera, I hated the iPhone2G camera but this new one puts a smile on my face every time... anyway just a bit of fun below.

Also If you do have an iPhone there's a great Photo App called 'Instagram'. It changes your photos with different filters and makes them into Polaroids (sort of). There is also a great free Polaroid Programme (for your computer) from Polaroid themselves HERE. It turns your digital pictures into Polaroids and the resolution is also high enough to get some good prints out of them. Have fun!

Editors Choice...

So my basketball picture (in my previous blog post) has been getting good feedback on some Photography Magazine Websites. I logged onto PhotoAnswers the other day and it had made it into the Editors Choice Catagory. He wrote a great comment about it saying "This is a fairly simple image to take, but it's yet another image that shows a little effort and some visualisation really means your results can be greater than the sum of their parts". Exciting! Lets hope it makes their 'Practical Photography' Magazine.

American Sports

So I've been feeling all nostalgic about sports lately, I watched an old time favorite film called 'Field of Dreams' it is one of my Dads favorite films and I remember I used to watch it over and over again as a kid. I loved how magical it all felt and what playing a sport or just loving something as a kid means. I love Football and have done since I can remember, I love playing it and getting on the edge of my seat watching it. I can still remember the goal Owen scored against Argentina and how I felt... I was 8. I can still smell my football sticker books and how excited Id be when mum and dad would buy me the new England kit, or a new pair of shin pads. So after watching the film the other night Ive been feeling inspired by the American culture and American Sports....

Both are completely Photoshopped and were taken indoors.
